This act provides, among other things, that copyright in artistic works will be infringed by use or reproduction by a person who is not the owner or the authorized licensee or user of those works. For example, the Games logo, the Games mascot(s), and the Olympic rings are protected from unauthorized use or reproduction by this Act.
